Alon Greenbaum holds his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering (EE) from Tel Aviv University, Israel. In 2010, he started pursuing a Ph.D. degree in EE at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he conducts biophotonics research under Prof. Aydogan Ozcan. His research focuses on high-resolution and high-throughput microscopy for biomedical applications. Alon has received several prestigious awards and fellowships, including the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) International Student Research Fellowship and the SPIE Optics and Photonics Education Scholarship. He has authored or co-authored more than twenty-five peer reviewed research articles in major journals and conferences.
