Muhammed Veli received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Bilkent
University, Ankara, Turkey in 2014. He started pursuing a PhD degree in the
Electrical Engineering at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the same
year and joined Bio-and Nano-Photonics Laboratory of Professor Aydogan Ozcan.
His research interests are nanotechnology, photonics, machine learning and image
processing techniques for bio-and nano-imaging and sensing applications.
Currently, he’s focusing on high-throughput and high-resolution biomedical
microscopy in the Bio-and Nano-Photonics Lab at UCLA.
